A one hour introductory consultation is available to take a history and discuss your problems. During this period I explain what therapy is required, and together work out a plan of action. You need to be satisfied with the therapy and the therapist you are seeking help from.

Introductory consultation ( normally 60 minutes )

Clinical CBT & Analytical Therapy (2 - 8 sessions)

Single ‘one-off’ session

Fees include CDs where appropriate.

A session is normally between 50 minutes to 60 minutes.

Fees are paid weekly by cash or cheque.

Clients do not require long therapy over months.

Three to eight sessions can be sufficient for most.

Clients / patients complete an outcomes form at the end of therapy. They are asked on that form to place a percentage 0% meaning NO change to a specific problem, and 100% being the very best change.
